Pamela Underwood Studios will be hosting the upcoming event, “The Imprint of Women“. The Imprint of Women will take place
April 29, 2017 at Expressive Arts@32nd and Thorn. This event features previous Bodywriters and their art work, with their personal readings that tie thoughts to what they have created during the Bodywriting Retreat for Women.
This exhibition is titled “The Imprint of Women”. Bodywriting Retreats for Women reflect how important and how resilient women are in this country, how their lives imprint the world.
Resilience and power are understatements for some women, making the Imprint of Women so triumphant. For example, did you know that more than 90% of eating orders happen in women? Or that depression is the most common disability in women, which affects 25% of all women severely? Women also feel more pain than the other gender.
Those are just three of countless amazing facts about women. Bodywriting, and presenting what has been created to a group ready to listen, is empowering and informative for others.
This is a free event between 6:00 p.m. and 9:00 p.m., where women’s experiences and beautiful, meaningful artwork is the main focus. No RSVP is needed, but if you would like more details on the event, click here .
