In this group, images may emerge through intuitive collage, guided meditative drawing, painting, writing, movement, clay, drumming, sand tray or dramatic enactment. Some images may be fragile or uncomfortable - some familiar or firmly rooted in our ancestry. We may recognize images that no longer serve us, and once recognized, there is the possibility of release. This group learns the Expressive Art skill of 'feedback' to safely respond to images. |
